Community volunteers in Africa

Get Involved

You can be part of this from the beginning.

We are at the founding stage of this work. Your involvement right now — whether through time, skills, or partnership — helps shape what this foundation becomes.

Get Involved

There are many ways to support this work.

The Lucky Bwalya Ngandu Foundation is growing, and we welcome support in many forms. Whether you want to give your time, share your skills, or build a partnership, there is a meaningful role for you here.

Volunteer

Give your time and skills.

We are looking for volunteers who want to contribute meaningfully to the foundation's work. Whether you have experience in nonprofit operations, communications, fundraising, healthcare, community outreach, or simply a willingness to help — we want to hear from you.

As a founding-stage organization, we are building our operational capacity. Volunteers who join now will help shape how we work and who we become.

Communications & Storytelling

Help us share the foundation's story, write content, manage social media, or develop materials that communicate our mission clearly and compellingly.

Fundraising & Development

Support our fundraising efforts through grant research, donor outreach, event planning, or helping develop our long-term funding strategy.

Operations & Administration

Help build the systems and processes that allow the foundation to operate effectively, including financial management, compliance, and organizational development.

Community Outreach

Help us connect with cancer patients, families, and community organizations in Zambia. Local knowledge and community relationships are invaluable to our work.

Partner With Us

Build something meaningful together.

We welcome partnerships with organizations, healthcare providers, businesses, faith communities, and community groups that share our commitment to supporting cancer patients and families in Zambia.

Partnership can take many forms. We are open to conversations about what collaboration might look like and how we can work together toward shared goals.

Healthcare Organizations

Hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers in Zambia who work with cancer patients and can help us identify and reach families in need.

Nonprofits & NGOs

Organizations working in cancer care, community health, or social services in Zambia with whom we can coordinate support and share resources.

Businesses & Corporations

Companies interested in supporting our mission through sponsorship, employee giving programs, or in-kind contributions.

Faith & Community Groups

Churches, mosques, community associations, and other groups with strong community ties who can help us connect with families who need support.
